"Carbon Chauvinist explores the vast universe of fusion jazz and bluesy progressions. These dominant elements are overwhelming the hard rock base of the group, but all three ingredients are equally present throughout the composition. The group withdraws inspiration from seventies psychedelia and hard rock but still manages to pull off some impressive contemporary jazz maneuvers. DogOn easily transcends from a reverby studio atmosphere into a more hall like ambiance with some explorations into ambient blues-rock, but also returns into the technically demanding maneuvers with ease. The group showcases exceptional musicianship in less than six minutes of pure enjoyment"
